Billing for Orderlytics Amazon Ordering app is processed daily two days in arrears for all Successful orders submitted. This means if your account successfully submitted 30 orders on the 1st day of the month Orderlytics will process the daily payment at the end of the 3rd day. On day four, billing will be processed for orders successfully submitted on the 2nd.
The reason for two days in arrears billing is to account for pending orders that get processed late due to order bundling.
Billing example:
30 orders submitted
25 successful orders
3 unsuccessful orders
2 pending orders
Billing would be 30 x 1.50 = $45
Note: Orderlytics uses UTC time to keep orders in sync with Amazon clock. Therefore, the end of the billing day for East Coast USA would be 7:00p ET (8:00p ET DST).
